Crispy Chinese Kale
12 minutes, Serves 4-5 as a snack
Preheat the oven to 200oc. Finely shred 6 big leaves of kale with the stalks removed, keep the stalks for another recipe, no waste! Spread the kale over a lined baking sheet and spoon on a tablespoon of coconut oil, pop in the oven, top shelf. Take out and toss in the melted oil after 2 minutes and put back in the top. 5 minutes more and toss again. It will be beginning to brown. 5 minutes more and its ready. take out, sprinkle with a teaspoon of ground ginger, coconut sugar and ground onions. Add a few screws of salt and pepper and enjoy the delicious crunchy melting sensation on your tongue.
